Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation letter by e-mail. Your order will not be shipped until we receive a proof of payment (if you decided to pay with Transfer Method, read our payment methods).
We will ensure that we only show products that are in stock and ready to be shipped. However, in the instances where we run out of stock in an item after you placed the order, you will be given the choice to select an alternative or request for a refund.
Paypal - If you choose to pay with Paypal, you can order the items through 'check out' and you will be redirected immediately to their sites.
Transfer (for orders shipped to Indonesia only) - If you choose to pay with the transfer method, please email: email@example.com the name and the amount of the items that you wish to purchase and we will reply you with the invoice which includes your order number as well as the bank accounts that you have to transfer the total amount of your order to. Once you transfer the total amount, send us the proof of payment and we will ship your order.

Shipping + Returns and Cancellation
Domestic shipments - Indonesia
All domestic shipments are sent from Jakarta via JNE. You will receive a confirmation email upon our receipt of your order and a second email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on a holiday will be processed 48 hours after the next working day.
All shipments are free of charge. At the moment we can only shipped to the island of Java, Sumatra, Denpasar, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. For shipping to other destination in Indonesia please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All international orders will cost £8.5. At the moment, we can only shipped to UK, Europe, South East Asia and Australia. All international orders are sent from JAKARTA via DHL. Shipping can take up to 10 days depending on country and location.
Orders to these countries may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers.

Return and Cancellation
Unfortunately, at the moment you won't be able to exchange the items that you have purchased due to the limited amount of stocks we made for each items. However, you will be able to cancel or edit your orders within 24 hours of purchasing, by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) specifying your order no. as well as the orders that you wish to cancel or change. Once you cancel or edit your orders, you will receive a new confirmation letter confirming your cancellation or the new items that you order.
We will accept returns if garments are returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (e.g perfume, rips, stains, etc.) it will be returned to you and your refund voided. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving the items.
The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest you send the parcel using a delivery service that provides a tracking service and/or insures you for the value of goods.
